The following two bulb boxes are possible alternatives but need confirmation from the original owners if these were included in their kits. Regardless, these are not the typical Bulb Boxes found in Porsche Travel kits.

NOTE: Most people do not think the Osram Clear/Orange Bulb box is original to Porsche Travel kits.

^ this Bulb Box was in a 356C Travel kit purchased in 1964. After scouring the internet, I have determined that this is an "ESSO" 6V bulb kit. Another "anomaly" of that kit was that it was a RED bag kit, and not the "typical" GREY bag.
